We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination, we delete your data within 90 days unless required by law to retain it.

User Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Ensure you have the right to connect CRM data to our platform

Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI models

Limitation of Liability

DealScope provides AI-generated predictions and recommendations. These are not guarantees of sales outcomes. DealScope Inc. shall not be liable for business decisions made based on our predictions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois, USA.
